At The Draped Muse, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

• We accept returns and exchanges within 3 days of delivery.
• To be eligible for a return or exchange:
  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • All original tags and packaging must be intact.
  • The item should not have any stains, perfume, damage, or alterations.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Customized or altered products
• Products purchased during clearance or final sale
• Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling after delivery
• Heavy Mirror work items explicitly mentioned that are "NOT RETURNABLE"

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us on care@drapedmuse.com within 3 days of receiving your order with:

• Your order number
• Reason for return/exchange
• Clear photos of the product (if applicable)

Once your request is approved, return instructions will be shared with you.

Refunds

• Refunds will be processed after the returned product passes quality inspection.
• Approved refunds will be issued only in the form of store credit valid for 1 year. 
• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

We do not facilitate Exchange Policy currently

Shipping Policy

• Within India, we provide Free Shipping for all Prepaid Orders
• For COD orders, a shipping charge of Rs.150 will be levied.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the wrong or damaged item was sent by us.
• If your postal code is not serviceable for return pick up, customers will have to send the product to us by courier. 
  
• International shipping is not available at this time.
