Return Policy

At The Draped Muse, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns and exchanges within 3 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- All original tags and packaging must be intact.
- The item should not have any stains, perfume, damage, or alterations.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Products purchased during clearance or final sale
Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling after delivery
Heavy Mirror work items explicitly mentioned that are "NOT RETURNABLE"
Products that have been customised by the customer themselves. If we do customisation, it can still be returned

Return Process

To initiate a return,
Step 1: Log-in to our website using the email ID you used for making the purchase
Step 2: Click on Orders under your profile icon
Step 3: Click on Return option and complete the process.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed after the returned product reaches our office and passes quality inspection.
Approved refunds will be issued only in the form of store credit valid for 1 year.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Exchange Policy

We do not facilitate Exchange Policy currently

Shipping Policy

Within India, we provide Free Shipping for all Prepaid Orders
For COD orders, a shipping charge of Rs.150 will be levied.
Orders will be dispatched within 4 days from receiving the order
Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the wrong or damaged item was sent by us.
If your postal code is not serviceable for return pick up, customers will have to send the product to us by courier.
